Managed Cloud hosting

We’ve set up a special high performance server and will limit the amount of sites per server to keep everything working fast, reliable and secure.

We take care of all hosting related configuration! We don’t even provide any hosting panel as we believe you should never have to worry about server configuration. If any special settings are required for your site such as DNS or Firewall changes we are happy to make the changes for you. This way we make sure nothing is ever misconfigured and everything keeps running smoothly.

WordPress management

We set up your WordPress to work optimally with the caching and security options available on the server. Your WordPress core and plugins are kept up to date by us. When a plugin is known to cause an issue or has been abandoned by it’s authors, we will recommend a replacement and when approved replace the plugin for you and configure the replacement for you.

We will provide full support on any WordPress core settings as well as plugin installation and configuration.

What is NOT included is making changes to your website’s texts and design, theme configuration, editing pages or posts, for that we have a “Fully Managed Site” option.

Performance

We’ve configured a special high performance server that will be kept up to date and monitored for performance at all times. Only a limited amount of sites will be activated on each server. If the server ever uses 80% of its capacity we spin up another new server for the next client. Basically keeping the server oversized and under capacity at all times.

Performance is monitored on a per-site level, and if anything is out of the ordinary we personally investigate and fix any site level issues we identify.

Security

We have multiple layers of security on every site hosted on Managed Cloud, detecting bots, AI scrapers, brute force attacks, common WordPress attack patterns and more on the network level, while scanning for malware and virus signatures on the file level.

On top of that we do regular in-person security audits on each individual site.

If somehow something gets passed our security and your site gets hacked or infected with malware we will recover your site for free!
